Law of nature
The law of nature is a certain knowledge, imprinted on the minds of human by God, of the principles of knowing and of acting, of the conclusions proved from these principles that are in agreement with the proper end of man. Reason constructs these conclusions from the principles by necessary consequence for the government of human life, so that man may recognize, want, choose, and do the things that are right, and avoid their opposites; and God has bestowed on man the conscience as the witness and judge of all these things.

Whatever by itself preserves the domestic state in a sound condition is commanded by the law of nature. That spouses embrace one another in mutual love, beget and rear children, protect them, instruct them in honorable morals, guide them with discipline, and provide them with the things that are necessary; and, in turn, that children revere their parents, obey and be grateful to them, and similar comparable duties: these things preserve the domestic state. Therefore, these things are commanded by the law of nature. The major premise is immovable. The minor premise is shown from the contraries and the consequents. When these duties are violated, families fall into ruin, as many sad examples teach. Therefore, we see that by means of these duties households stand fast, flourish, and are preserved sound, especially when these domestic duties are referred to God as their ultimate end, as was said above.

I have had the opportunity to write for law of nature in this blog, and will continue to do so at several on a regular or irregular basis.

Look at all of nature and you’ll see that everything that is not growing is dying. Now, if you refuse to evolve, you probably won’t expire, but it’s a guarantee that you’ll be missing out on huge parts of life.

Without constant personal growth we can’t experience the richness of life’s joys, and we fail to become the men and women that our potential promises we could be if only we worked at it. And personal growth does require work—the conscious, diligent application of our toil and talents. To whatever goal we set our minds to; that’s your choice.

what those who are resistant to change fail to see: It can be just as much or more work to stay the same in a world that is rapidly evolving around you.
It is more important to know where you are going  for growth in life.

2020 will surely be remembered as the most rapidly changing year in our lifetimes. Once you see the opportunity that this shift is laying at our feet, you’ll want to act. But jumping in without a plan is a bad idea.

You can’t hit a target that you can’t see, so it’s important to set your growt, then create a life that will give you the best chance of reaching them.
I coined the idea that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. If you want to grow in life , surround yourself with people who embody the qualities you want to cultivate in yourself.

I will exercise tomorrow morning” strikes vicious blows to our self-esteem. And failing to appreciate ourselves leads to depression and anxiety, anger, addiction, people-pleasing, and ironically, narcissism. How can you do your best work when you’re dealing with all these demons? You can’t. Prioritize a healthy relationship with yourself and you’ll thrive.

Having a healthy self-image is also extremely attractive to growthin life. It’s the best way to attract these five alliesinto your life, or even the love match that’s been waiting for you all this time. Look, almost everyone is in their 10th or 12th week of social isolation and dying for some social contact. Now is the time to decide who you want as a fixture in your life, then pick up the phone or schedule a video chat and create some new relationships that will help you grow.

Dreams


Dreaming happens throughout the night, but our most vivid and often remembered dreams happen during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep.
Types of dreams mainly classify in five types :-

1. Daydreams

During daydreams, you are semi-awake. Clearly not asleep - but not fully checked-in with reality, either.A daydream starts with a compelling thought, memory or fantasy, and your imagination runs away. The longer you daydream, the deeper you becomes immersed in your private fantasy land.

Deeper worries or concerns can surface from the unconscious mind by acting themselves out in the daydream.This serves to reinforce negative beliefs about the future or bad memories of traumatic events. So next time you find yourself fantasizing about a bad situation, actively turn it around and create a positive outcome.

I use daydreaming to visualize all sorts of goals actually happening to me. I really think this helps affect the outcome. Not in a spooky law-of-attraction kind of way but just hardwiring my brain to believe in myself and stay motivated.

Daydreams are awesome. They are psychologically healthy, helping you temporarily escape the demands of reality, release frustrations and plan for a better future!

2. Normal Dreams

These are your bog standard dreams where you have no idea you're dreaming until you wake up.In a typical dream, you could be doing a rap duet with the Pope and think nothing of it. You accept your dream reality as it is.

Everybody has normal dreams every single night. These dreams arise mostly out of REM sleep and are essential to our survival.In fact, we would eventually die without them. Assuming you get eight hours of shuteye, you will dream for about 100 minutes - with longer and more vivid dreams occurring at the end of your sleep.Interpreting Your Dreams
Normal dreams offer insights from the unconscious mind.These insights are based on your thoughts and experiences from the day before, sometimes memories from long ago, repressed fears and anxieties, and your strongest desires and urges.

3. Lucid Dreams

Lucid dreams are the best types of dreams, hands down.

They are richly immersive and you can guide them into infinite and beautiful worlds of your choosing. Lucid dreaming is the ultimate freedom.

What defines a lucid dream? It's any dream in which, while physically asleep, you also know that you're dreaming; and/or
can control the dream or direct your awareness.Sometimes I control lots of aspects of the dream - like the locations or characters or plot. But my dreaming mind still fills in a lot of details on its own.

Most people use lucid dreams to fulfill personal desires. But once you look outside this feature, you'll realize lucid dreams offer brilliant insights into the unconscious mind.

4. False Awakenings

False awakenings are a bit like that. You wake up as normal and plod into the bathroom, get dressed, eat breakfast, and maybe even get half way to work before you realize "oh my god, I'm still dreaming!

And then you wake up.

False awakenings are basically very vivid types of dreams.

You dream that you've woken up for real and somehow your brain mimics every detail of the room, exactly as it should be.
It usually takes something quite obvious to shock you out of these types of dreams. Maybe you look in the bathroom mirror and see yourself 20 years from now. Or maybe you're driving down the road and realize there are no other cars on the road.

5. Nightmares


In the Western world, nightmares are any normal dreams with a very scary twist.

In nightmares, you don't know you're dreaming. So the unconscious mind processes everything as if it were really happening. Some nightmares can be so vivid that the sensory system is triggered and you can feel certain types of pain. It can be very unnerving.

According to dream analysis, being chased in a nightmare represents our evolutionary fear of being hunted.

Law of life

Law of life is believe
So it all starts with what the Subconscious Mind is all about, how it works, where your mind is the captain of your ship, your body is your environment and the Subconscious part takes order from the captain or the master of this ship. 
Now it's totally upto the one how and by which means to take order and to proceed with.

You think with your conscious mind, & whatever you habitually think goes into your Subconscious Mind. Your Subconscious Mind accepts any suggestion, no matter if it's true or false and so is the different reaction to the same suggestion. What all matter is what suggestions you are taking up to? Your Subconscious has the answer to all problems. IF you suggest to your Subconscious prior to sleep, “I want to get up at 6 A.M.,” it will awaken you at that exact time.

The day we are born, we are bombarded with the tons of negative thoughts/suggestions, whereas not knowing them how to counter them, we unconsciously accept them and so it lead us to those worst scenarios/circumstances.
Your Subconscious is your book of life, so how you write it from the day one, matters all.
Mental healing in the ancient vs the modern times, almost works the same, whereas the Law of life is belief what do you believe about yourself, life and the universe as "It is done unto you as you believe"

The vital step to success is to firstly find out what you love to do and then do it what you love. In that case, if you really don’t know what you really love to do, what you want to achieve, or how on earth do you find a field of effort that you will love so pray for guidance in this way,
"The infinite intelligence of my Subconscious Mind reveals to me my true place in life."

Your Subconscious Mind never sleep or rest, it is always active, controlling all your vital forces. However the healing process takes place takes more rapidly while you are asleep.
So trust your Subconscious Mind completely, know that its tendency is always life wards. It responds you in very vivid dreams.

Diets, multivitamins and supports of all kinds will not keep these people young. They must realize that they grow old or remain young in accordance with their processes of thinking. Your subconscious mind is conditioned by your thoughts. If your thoughts are constantly on the beautiful, the Noble and the good, you will remain spiritually young regardless of your chronological years.

So same applies to life as well.

You cannot see your mind, but you know what have a mind. You cannot see a spirit, but you know you have the spirit of game. Likewise, the spirit of goodness, truth and beauty moving in your mind and heart are real.
Believe in yourself & you can definitely do wonders.
Feed your subconscious mind with the positivity, you're the only thinker of your universe & your thoughts are creative, & so creativity happens every time. Your subconscious mind is the builder of the body & can heal you.
