Personal Growth

Personal Growth

There are many good reasons to pursue personal growth. It makes us better. It helps us achieve our career goals. Over time, it creates momentum in our lives. That in turn encourages us to grow even more. We start to place a greater emphasis on growing than on arriving, which makes it easier to overcome and learn from our failures,But all It increases hope. It teaches us that tomorrow can be better than today.
Three factors for Personal Growth....

1. A growth mindset is the seed of hope.

Think about the world of nature. A sapling becomes a mighty oak by growing slowly over the time. An infant grows into a child, who eventually becomes an adult. Hope is the same way. It looks forward.

When we have hope, we can imagine a better future. And hope isn’t just wishing for things that might be, it’s the firm belief in things that will be. It’s looking past your present circumstances with the belief that you have a positive future.

Planting the seed of hope is not complicated; it’s as simple as a change in mindset. When we decide to believe that growth is possible and we commit to pursuing it, hope begins to rise within us.
The change in focus is only the first step, but it can be the beginning of a long and rewarding journey.

2. A growth habit strengthens hope.

Choosing to grow is important, but that decision is not enough to create change on its own. We need to acknowledge that growth is a gradual process and make that process part of our daily practice. That means we need to establish the habit of growing on a daily basis.

When you practice the discipline of growing a little every day, you are doing your part to strengthen the hope inside of you. With each small step you take, you make progress toward improving yourself and your world.

Planting the seed of hope is not complicated; it’s as simple as a change in mindset.
I once heard it said that “there’s only so much you can do, but you must do that much even if you don’t know how much that is.” That is the same way growth works: When you grow, you put your future into motion. And with every step toward your positive future, hope is reinforced. The process becomes sustainable when you make growth a habit.

3. Growth sustained over time realizes hope.

When we take small steps every day, over time we begin to see progress. If you string together enough days of consistent growth, you begin to change as a person. You become better, stronger, more skilled, or all of the above.

When you change yourself, you change your circumstances. This begins a positive cycle of your growth strengthening your hope, and your hope strengthening your growth.

When you do this week after week, month after month, year after year, you gradually move from hope imagined to hope realized.

Positive Attitude

Positive Attitude

It Takes a Positive Attitude to Achieve Positive Results.

Your attitude determines the state of the world you live in. It is the foundation for every success and every failure you have had and will have. It will make you or break you.

Your attitude controls your life. But the good news? You control your attitude.

Attitude creates the way you feel about people and situations. Your actions are a result of your attitude—which in turn creates a reaction from others.

It is your attitude toward others and the universe that determines the resulting attitude toward you. Have a positive, joyful attitude and you’ll have positive, joyful results. Put out a bad, negative attitude and you’ve failed before you begin.

Basically, what you think is you get.

I know it sounds simple, but, the truth is, it is:

Where do negative attitudes come from?
Negative attitudes come from thinking negative thoughts over and over until they become part of your subconscious, part of your personality—they become habitual. You may not even realize you have a negative attitude because it’s been with you for so long. Once you have a bad attitude, you expect failure and disaster. And that expectation turns you into a magnet for failure and disaster.

Then it becomes a vicious cycle: You expect the worst, so you get the worst. Your negative beliefs are reinforced. So you expect the worst, and you get the worst.

So, how do you shift your thoughts and create a positive attitude?

It takes work, but creating anything of value takes work. In order to have a new attitude, you have to change your subconscious thinking. How? By analyzing every thought you have until positive thinking becomes habit. You’re merely replacing an old habit with a healthy habit, much like replacing smoking with exercise.

You can’t just stop being negative—you have to replace those negative thoughts with positive ones.

Some people would say, “But negative situations are a reality. They just show up in everyday life.”

This is absolutely not true. Situations are a reality, yes. They do show up, yes. It is your attitude that makes a situation positive or negative. It’s time for you to realize that you are in control of how you think and feel—no one else on earth has this power unless you give it away.

Take control of your attitude, your state of mind, and you take control of your results.

Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship

What’s one thing you wish you knew about entrepreneurship?

How hard it is. I know this might sound obvious, but as a society, I think we make entrepreneurship seem really glamorous. You hear stories of people who started from nothing and made it big, and it’s not as common to hear about all the entrepreneurs who failed, not to mention how the sacrifices and tough decisions you have to make can take a toll on your personal life.

Know who to listen to and be very careful about the advice you take. Everyone wants to give advice, but you have to know whose advice you’ll take.

That entrepreneurship is not a job, it’s a career and it’s a life choice. Once you go down that path, you are making a decision that could impact the rest of your life.
The Most Important Traits for Entrepreneurs:

What is the most important personality trait for entrepreneurs to have and why?

1. PERSEVERANCE.
Being an entrepreneur has a lot of ups and downs—maybe even more downs than ups. It’s a roller coaster. I try to remember that every hour presents a new opportunity to keep moving forward rather than dwelling on what happened in the previous hour.

2. A GROWTH MINDSET.
Every day as an entrepreneur is different than the day before. You need to be OK with trying something new and learning something new. When my co-founder and I started the company in 2014, it was just the two of us and no customers. Now we have more than 500 customers worldwide and the journey to get here has made my role very different.

3. HUMILITY.
Starting something of your own means you have to be not only the boss, but the safety net. No one wants it to succeed more than you. There are going to be nights when you get to do really fun things, but more often than not, you are going to have to miss them to clean the bar mats. Having a realistic view of one’s self makes those moments more rewarding and less of a sacrifice knowing there is a bigger goal to achieve.

4. RESILIENCE.
Without this characteristic, one will not last long enough to prove a business productive. By nature, startups require failure daily. When pioneering a new process or product, finding out what not to do is just as critical as defining what to do. Being able to recover from failure often and well is what distinguishes many successful founders from those with the best intentions.

5. RELENTLESSNESS.
You have to keep pushing the ball down the court. Not only does this increase your chances of success, it also inspires those around you to do the same.

Be Teachable

Be Teachable

You can’t know yourself without constantly asking questions, and you won’t grow if you think you have nothing to learn.

Teachability does not refer to “competence” or “mental capacity,” but to an attitude: one that’s curious and excited to learn, but also humble enough to accept that the ocean of what we don’t know will always be bigger than the pond of what we do know.

Here’s how you stay teachable.

1. Be honest with yourself.

The first principle is that you must not fool yourself.

If you want to feel good, keep pretending. But if you want to improve your relationships, career, business or health, be honest. See your flaws clearly, and you’ll stay teachable and grow.

2. Be your own devil’s advocate.

The stakes are probably lower in your life, but the lesson translates perfectly to your personal growthp

3. Keep your cup empty.

In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s, there are few.

A student travels into the mountains for an audience with a great Zen master. She arrives and begins to tell the master all she knows about Zen. The master asks, “Would you like some tea?” Yes, thank you. The tea arrives and the student continues to spout off. The master pours the tea until the cup is overflowing.

“What are you doing?” the student shouts. “It’s full, no more can go in!”

With a paternal smile, the master says, “Just like this cup, if the mind is full, no more can go in.”

The student stops talking and listens.

Keep your own cup empty, and you’ll be open to new wisdom.

4. Always be learning.

Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job.

You can’t teach an old dog new tricks, right? In fact, dog trainers will tell you that’s a myth.

Humans are highly adaptable at any age; just notice how normal this new self-isolation routine feels. If some people become less teachable as they age, that is a choice.

Power of Reading book

  • Power of Reading book

We all know about the magical, brain-boosting powers of reading. Reading for as little as six minutes each day can lower stress by 68%.of course, it can improve your language skills, vocabulary and knowledge base, which is beneficial regardless of what path you’ve chosen in life.

1. “Don’t try to get through a book, let the book get through to you. Every time you finish a page or a chapter, ask yourself:

What have I learned?
What can I share with others?
What can I apply?

2. “A simple and effective way to read more books is to add on small chunks of reading time to your daily habits.

3. “We have been given the opportunity to slow down. In this time where we are asked to be still, we have space to read. Let books guide you into a creative space where you can release anxiety and feel a sense of normalcy.”

4. “Review the table of contents and read the chapter that resonates with you the most. Another approach I recommend is reading the introduction, the first chapter, a chapter in the middle and the last chapter. This allows you to glean the most important points of the book.”

5. “Make reading a part of your daily routine, whether it’s in the morning or before bed. You’re less likely to find time for something you enjoy if it’s not worked into your routine. Carve out a few minutes every day.

6.pronged method for reading more books:

**Determine why you want to read more books. Finding your “why” is far more important than asking “how to” because once you find the why, you’ll find the way.

**Decide what you want to extract from the books you read. Thousands of books are published each year. You must first decide what information, knowledge, entertainment or skills you want to extract from the books you read this year, or else you’ll quickly become overwhelmed.

**Figure out what you want to remember from each book you read. There’s nothing wrong with reading for reading’s sake. But if you want to access the information at a later date, then highlight, underscore, flag, bookmark, use sticky notes or keep a separate file with the information you want at your fingertips after you’ve set the book down.”

7. “The time of day you read can actually increase your reading speed and comprehension. According to my point of view, the optimum times to reading is early Morning and late Night.

“I also recommend keeping a book in your car or bag. Having easy access to a book makes it easier and more convenient to read. Over time, this will turn into a permanent habit.

I hope you got my point though this power of Reading. This miraculous power change the life and way of thinking.

Become a great Mentor

Become a Great Mentor:

Leaders must be good at judging others’ potential and finding and developing more leaders—good at discerning where a person is, knowing where he or she is supposed to go and providing what they’ll need when they get there.

The bottom line in any successful business or organization is that no one person can do it alone. If you really want to be a great leader, you must establish a great team. A lot of people mistake that to mean they need followers, and they believe the key to their leadership is gaining more followers. But the best leaders surround themselves with other leaders.

This is why I am such a believer in the power of mentorship. A mentor is someone who teaches, guides and lifts others up by virtue of his or her experience and insight. A mentor is someone with a head full of experience and heart full of generosity that brings those things together for another person.

Judging who you will share your time and experience with is of the utmost importance, because it will give your efforts the greatest odds of providing value. Here are some guidelines for selecting the right people to mentor:

1. Select people whose philosophy is similar to yours.
It will be difficult to develop someone whose values are too different from your own. Mentor can Develop values and Quality of great Leader in a person.

2. Choose people with potential you genuinely believe in.
If you don’t believe in them, you won’t give them the time they need. And before long they will discern your lack of confidence in them. Belief in their potential, on the other hand, will empower them.
The secret of mentoring in any field is to help a person get where he or she is willing to go.

3. Determine what they need.
Determining what potential leaders need involves looking at their strengths and weaknesses objectively. Their strengths indicate the directions they need to go, what they can become. Their weaknesses show us what we need to help them improve. Encouraging them in their strengths and helping them overcome their weaknesses will move them closer to reaching their potential.

4. Evaluate their progress constantly.
People need feedback, especially early in their development.“The eye of the master will do more work than both his hands.” He knew that leaders’ ability to evaluate is their greatest strength. An honest mentor will be unbiased. If necessary, he or she will encourage a person to stay on course, to seek another direction, or even to enter into a relationship with another mentor.

5. Be committed, serious and available to the people.
The development of potential leaders around you will be a reflection of your commitment to them: Poor commitment equals poor development; great commitment equals great development.
Assume that potential leaders will nurture themselves. If we as leaders do not nurture the potential leaders around us, they will never develop into the types of leaders we desire.

When you nurture other people through your mentorship, everyone wins.

Your Mindset

Your Mindset.
If you’re looking to become the best version of yourself, you’ll need to implement certain mindset principles.

Start with these six mindset principles of successful people:

1. Keep your word to yourself.
When you do what you say you’re going to do, you build self-respect and a positive identity. Successful people understand that every time you break the promises you make to yourself, you feed your identity as an impostor and weaken your self-confidence as a person of action.

For example, if you commit to exercising 30 minutes each day, then do it. Regardless of the outcome, your character is being positively molded, and that will generate momentum along your journey.

2. Use envy to your advantage.
Wanting something you don’t currently have is a behavior rooted in your DNA. But just because it’s a normal feeling to have doesn’t mean you can’t control it or leverage it to your benefit. Successful people understand that beneath the layers of envy lies a core need they desire.

Ask yourself why you feel envy. If it’s money, for example, what would that money represent for you? Most often, it’s time and freedom. Once you know the root cause, you can address ways to gain the things you want, like time and freedom, right now while building your dream.

3. Have no self-pity.
One of the big differentiators between those who stay the course along the journey of personal growth compared to those who get off track lies within the ability to rebound quickly from setbacks. Successful people understand that life isn’t fair and that they’re not entitled to anything. They also understand that wallowing and making excuses for themselves only zaps their personal power.

When you blame external circumstances, you’re effectively giving your personal power away. The key in life is not what happens to you, but how you react to what happens to you.

4. Understand that ‘failure’ is feedback.
Failure is about perspective; there is no such thing unless you deem it that. Successful people understand that failure is an illusion created inside their minds, and they perform mental alchemy to construct an empowering reality instead. When successful people chase after a goal, two things can happen: They achieve their desired result or they get feedback.

Falling short of your goal isn’t a failure, it’s a lesson you can use for next time.

5. Operate with an investor’s mentality.
Just as the stock market will experience fluctuations, your personal journey will experience its peaks and valleys. Investors who stay long term with their investments despite this are often rewarded for their patience. This same logic applies to your personal development. Successful people understand that emotions and outcomes rise and fall along the way.

The key is to stay the course and view the journey as a marathon, not a sprint. Operate with an investor’s mentality and delay gratification today for something great tomorrow.

6. Fixate on the vision.
Think of your goals as the destination and the various actions, habits and strategies as your vehicles. Numerous potential vehicles can help you arrive at your desired destination; the key lies in finding the right ones uniquely suited to you. Successful people are stubborn with what they want, but they understand that arriving at the end destination will involve detours and unexpected side roads to explore. What gets you to point A won’t necessarily get you to point B.

As you keep growing and progressing, you need to continually evolve and be open to new ideas. If you don’t, then you could miss opportunities and further extend your timeline.

How will you implement these mindset principles in your life?

Sketch of Life

Sketch of life is defined as a my starting of life's some pages.

I grew up poor in a middle class neighborhood. My hometown of Nand Nagri,Delhi happens to be one of the middle class communities in New Delhi; yet my family was dirt poor.

I mean that literally, because we lived at the rented on one room with two siblings in a drafty, unfinished, broken, and very small room.I remember and feel those days of heavy rain, very hot summer and very cool winters. I was about 10, I asked my mother, "How come you and Dad are always fighting about money?"

She replied that she was afraid there wasn't enough money to pay the room rent and food every month. I was confused, because I saw both my parents working hard all the time. So I asked her the next question that popped into my head: "Why there isn't enough money?"

I considered my mother really knew how to answer that question, so she explained the family conditions and situations of life.she said one things to me
that you can believe in yourself and change all this conditions one day.

At that moment, I made two decisions: First, that I didn't asked my parents for anything. I didn't want to be a burden on my mother. But my mother provided me and my siblings everything like school bag, shoes, school uniform, books, and food time to time through very hardwork. My life was not good but presence of my mother i did not feel that tough situations and conditions. i saw fighting of mom and dad onces in week sometimes daily basis.
The second decision I made was that I was going to make something of my life — even though I had no idea what that meant, let alone how to do it.

Just as I realized that I hated the life of poverty and not-enoughness, I also came to realize that life is supposed to be that way. I saw people who had plenty of money.

Did you heard of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad? Well, I only had a poor dad. My father, even though he worked hard all his life, believed teach me how to succeed. He simply believed to have the skills or knowledge to do it himself. And since I knew whom to ask or what else to do, I decided to ask to my mother, what should i do, how to do,so many questions all the time. My mother become my first teacher, friend as well as inspiration.

Become better than we are

   Become better than we are

Are you getting better, smarter, wiser, faster, and stronger in your life? If not, why not?

When we Ask, the answers cause us to strive to become better than we are. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.

Questioning helps us discover, and then transcend, our human limitations.

When you embrace the asking journey, it will give you an opportunity to review your life day by day to discover:

1.What your expectations are for your life?
2.What your expectations are for others?
3.Your highest potential and service to humanity?

No matter who you are, what you do, or at what stage of life you are, recognizing the opportunity to ask will continually advance you to the next stepping-stone toward your dreams of a better life or better way of living. When we request, inquire of, and question one another and allow those answers to come, it brings us to a new understanding or gives us the feedback to improve a relationship, a project, or a life goal. Movement in a positive direction toward your dreams, your goals, and a better quality of life is just a question away.

It’s important to prepare to be a good asker. Getting into the right mindset and understanding the power of the tools and how to navigate through the process are important to manifesting the answers that will continue to guide you along destiny’s path.

There are four elements to put into practice to help fortify your results:

1 Belief: Believe and trust that the answer is there somewhere— waiting for you. Expect it!

2 Action: Keep taking steps in the direction of your dreams even if you haven’t received all the answers. Your actions will continue to prompt more questions and open up your curiosity so that your requests and inquiries become bigger and more relevant.

3 Visualization: Use the power of your imagination to create positive images and feelings around the answers you seek. Allow yourself to create mental pictures of having issues resolved, relationships healed, wishes completed, and dreams fulfilled.

4 Prayer: Never forget the existence and wisdom of a higher power in your practice. The Creator of you, the Universe, and everything else is certainly your greatest and most benevolent ally when it comes to the fulfillment of your destiny!

Habit of successful people

Habits of Successful People
Being successful doesn’t mean that you have to be constantly developing new ideas, solving problems and getting things done. Taking a step back periodically can be remarkably important and rewarding. By recharging over the weekend, you’ll be better prepared to perform during the week.
Share some of the things they do on the weekends and  these activities help them to be successful.

1. Find a balance.
I try my best to spend one day of the weekend unplugged, no work-related activities. Then, I spend the other day learning something new that I can use to be better at work. I find balance in a weekend of self-care and self-improvement.

2. Rest and relax.
It can be tempting to work through the weekend and check off more to-do list items. Avoid this temptation by scheduling a block of “R&R” time—shut off your phone, and do something you enjoy. Bonus tip: Cook for the week ahead to make getting healthy meals in quick and easy.

3. Disconnect.
Taking a true break from the grind of the week to do something that puts you in a flow state is vital for weekends. Whether it’s playing music, painting, or playing a sport, allowing yourself to become immersed in an activity is so important for disconnecting from work and boosting creativity.

4. Exercise.
Exercise is one of the best ways to strengthen the body and clear the mind. The endorphins help your body recharge, and it can improve your sleeping habits, too. The trick is to find out what routines work for you that you can maintain on a regular basis—like short walks.

5. Self-care.
Find time for yourself, to dedicate to your other passions that may not be directly related to your 9-5 job. Doing activities that help you improve as a person—such as reading, learning a new skill or simply enjoying time with loved ones—can be a breath of fresh air from all the work you put in during the week.

6. Meditation.
It really gives my mind a break and helps me recharge, so I’m ready to take on tense situations in the week to come. If you don’t like to meditate, just choose a relaxing activity you do enjoy. The regular break and social interaction is good for your mental health.

7. Read.
Make reading a compulsory habit every weekend; it develops your mind, and refreshes it. By reading about topics you know and also ones you’re not familiar with, you’ll both learn new things that can impact your life in positive ways, and find interesting pieces of wisdom that you can link to your experiences. Reading can reframe your perspective.

8. Try new things.
A great way to expand your mind is to try new things—Sketching, reading, losing yourself in fiction, or trying a new hobby. Mixing things up from your normal routine will help you tap into your creativity when you need inspiration most.

9. Time alone.
Spending time alone for a few hours on Saturday or Sunday morning can be a great way to decompress and refocus. Try reflecting on your achievements and planning for the upcoming week. You’ll feel proud for what you’ve accomplished, and prepared for what’s to come.

10. Plan the week.
Planning your time ahead as best as possible over the weekend is of great help to your weekly sprint.

Hope, Action and Time

#Life Changing education:

PART I: Hope and Action?

For some people,to make yourself comfortable in a place or situation and waiting for the storm to pass might seem like the best way to meet this crisis. In reality, it’s the most dangerous.

Hope is not a strategy, action is the antidote to almost every challenge.
if you Want to beat any pandemic and thrive? Then it’s time to action and grow Now without any hunkering down.

“The price of inaction is far greater than the cost of making a mistake.” —Meister Eckhart

PART II: Time improvement?

“Time is a created thing. To say ‘I don’t have time,’ is like saying, ‘I don’t want to.’” —Lao Tzu

Many plans fail precisely because we haven’t taken the time to think about how we want to spend our most valuable asset. For most people, this pandemic has radically altered how we spend our days, and maybe even created more free time. Whatever the case, we should re-evaluate what’s important in our lives.

This is great! During this forced introspection, take the time to consciously decide how you will use your daily 86,400 seconds.Every minute of attention that you focus on events outside of your influence is a minute you’re not investing in your personal growth and happiness.

Be mindful not to pack every minute of your day full. As we’ve seen over the last two to three months, many of the activities and obligations that we thought were important have turned out to be entirely non-essential. Doing Great Work requires a healthy dose of blank space in your calendar.

HINT: Write down in your journal how you currently spend your day, minute by minute, then create your ideal daily schedule. As you work to close the gap between the two lifestyles, your time management will gradually improve.
